Collect Lite is our entry-level debt recovery service where:-
- We’ll issue an LBA (Letter Before Action) to your debtor on the same day we receive your instruction (provided it’s before 3pm).
- The LBA will be sent recorded delivery so your debtor cant deny they have received it.
An LBA essentially gives your debtor 7 days to forward payment. An LBA is best issued when all other attempts to try and secure payment have failed. It tells your debtor that they have one last chance to pay before you commence legal action. Depending on the size of your business and whether you have experienced credit controllers within your business it may be better to opt for our Pre-Legal service if you would like us to use our experience and skills to try and secure payment.
